  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

  • We’ll make sure your order is packed with care and handed off to the carrier safely. Once it leaves our hands, though, the package is in the carrier’s care, and we can’t be responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged items along the way.
