Return Policy

At Buff's Bows & Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return policy:

Return Window

You may return items within 14 days of order being placed for a full STORE CREDIT.   (No cash refunds).  No returns on sale or seasonal items.

Condition of Items

• Items must be in original, unused condition
• All original packaging and tags must be included
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
• No odors, smoke or any other odors.  

Return Process

1. Contact us at contact@shopbuffys.com to initiate a return
2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Package items securely and ship to the address provided
4. Store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.  

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.
